Luxury high end Eco resort, noble-blooded Arabian horses in stables 19 new building projects in the Moroccan city

But more exciting is it in Marrakech. In this traditional vacation destination are currently 19 new hotels under construction. The luxury resort Selman Marrakech is outstanding with only 56 rooms and suites (TOPHOTELPROJECTS Nr. 12924) and it is scheduled to open in May. With the touch from the adapt French architect and designer Jacques Garcia the boutique hotel is affected by Arabian thoroughbreds beauty savagery. 16 of these hot-blooded horses all of them privately owned are housed in the resorts stables, also a novelty.

Besides the 30 deluxe rooms and the 20 junior suites there are six deluxe suites and five so-called, two to three storied Moroccan houses each with private garden, heated pool and 24 hour butler service for first class comfort.

Even now the Selman Marrakech is celebrated as one of the landmark resorts in Morocco with international importance. The central location 10 minute walk to the city center and the nearness to three golf courses certify this. The spa Expace Vitalité Chenot is of utmost importance: the 1,115 square meter sized area offers a bathing pond, seven treatment rooms, four rooms for hydrotherapy, a jet massager pool, sauna and of course a hammam.

The French GLA Hotels is the developer of the Selma Marrakech.

According to TOPHOTELPROJECTS in Morocco are currently 48 hotel projects with more than 15,000 rooms under construction. Thereof 19 new hotels and resorts will be built in Marrakech (in total 5,500 rooms). The largest hotel construction project is the Chrifia Oasis Resort near Marrakech with 2,500 rooms
